Position Overview

Manning Global AG is seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Security Engineering Specialist to enhance our cybersecurity capabilities.

Role Summary:

The Endpoint Security Engineering Specialist will serve as a key resource, providing in-depth expertise in the domain of Endpoint Management, which encompasses Antivirus, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), endpoint security, and forensic analysis. This role will focus on critical areas such as Disk Encryption, Anti-Malware solutions, Device and Application Control, as well as event collection and monitoring methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert guidance in Endpoint Protection design and implementation across various enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge in Endpoint Security, including Encryption methods, Event Monitoring, and Anti-Malware software.
  • Possess strong familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool configuration, logging, and alerting processes.
  • Utilize forensic tools effectively, with a preference for experience in specific products.
  • Exhibit proficiency in at least one core Endpoint Security product relevant to the organization's needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the management and troubleshooting of contemporary product versions in the field.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including end-users and IT leadership.
  • Support compliance audits and maintain adherence to cybersecurity standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including operational guidelines and policies.
  • Stay informed about current cybersecurity regulations and compliance strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar cybersecurity role.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
  • Commitment to delivering customer-focused solutions while ensuring security and compliance.
  • Understanding of network structures and security engineering principles.
  • Experience in developing high-level and low-level designs from a security perspective.
  • Knowledge of implementing security controls and configuring network devices.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability management and remediation processes.
