About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in implementing our national marketing plan and retail calendar, supporting campaigns, key trading dates, and local centre initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Brand & Campaigns Manager in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage seasonal campaigns end to end, preparing detailed plans and briefs across media, creative, PR, print, and digital.
  • Measure results and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Support the execution of social media content calendars, measurement, and reporting.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives, including new centre openings, rebrands, and refurbishments.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and measure and report on brand tracking surveys and analysis.
  • Demonstrate sound commercial awareness throughout marketing activities.
  • Support centre teams and regional teams with tactical marketing initiatives for attraction, engagement, and retention of customers.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding and development of current marketing concepts and tactics.
  • Multiple years of previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, commercially focused business.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in a varied marketing role covering creative, media, PR, and social media.
  • Experience using content management systems.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
  • Self-confidence, positive energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Project management skills – ability to juggle several different projects at once and prioritise.
  • Creative flair and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work and influence several different stakeholders.
