We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in implementing our national marketing plan and retail calendar, supporting campaigns, key trading dates, and local centre initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Brand & Campaigns Manager in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage seasonal campaigns end to end, preparing detailed plans and briefs across media, creative, PR, print, and digital.
- Measure results and analyse the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Support the execution of social media content calendars, measurement, and reporting.
- Support the launch of new initiatives, such as new centre openings, rebrands, and refurbishments.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities and measure and report on brand tracking surveys and analysis.
- Demonstrate sound commercial awareness throughout marketing activities.
- Support centre teams and regional teams with tactical marketing initiatives for attraction, engagement, and retention of customers.
- Strong understanding and development of current marketing concepts and tactics.
- Multiple years of previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, commercially focused business.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in a varied marketing role covering creative, media, PR, and social media.
- Experience using content management systems.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Self-confidence, positive energy, and enthusiasm.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Project management skills – ability to juggle several different projects at once and prioritise.
- Creative flair and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work and influence several different stakeholders.
