About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Development Specialist to join our team at The Prince's Trust. As a Programme Lead - Youth Engagement, you will play a crucial role in supporting young people to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to engage with young people in your local area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organisations to refer eligible young people to our programmes.
  • Deliver high-quality sessions and one-on-one interactions to promote our programmes and services.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of information about our young people, volunteers, and partners.
  • Craft a local action plan to drive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.
