**Job Title:** Payroll Manager
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
About the Role- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate employee records and updating changes promptly.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
- Manage and reconcile time and attendance records, uploading payments to the bank account each month.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, tax laws, and regulations, preparing and submitting statutory reports to relevant authorities.
- Process employee benefits, including pension contributions, salary sacrifice car scheme, bike to work, employee loans, and other benefits.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll matters, investigating and resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues.
- Generate and analyse payroll reports for Management KPI information, completing payroll year-end transactions and assisting in the audit process.
- Report on various information to HR and other stakeholders monthly, providing relevant payroll information for financial reporting purposes.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements, developing and reviewing processes and controls.
- Proven experience of working in a similar role, with knowledge of UK payroll regulations and taxation.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel, with previous experience of using Sage Payroll an advantage.
