About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our outsourced team at TPF Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for our outsourced clients, comparing actual results with financial statements and forecasts.
  • Payroll and Supplier Management: Manage weekly payroll and supplier payments for our clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • VAT Returns and Compliance: Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow for our clients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to clients, including end-of-year accounts and other financial statements.
  • Client Communication: Hold regular meetings with clients to discuss their financial needs and provide guidance and support.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Qualifications: CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an outsourced practice team or industry, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, payroll and supplier management, VAT returns, and cash flow management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within the entertainment industry is preferred but not essential.
