About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing Crew at Harbour Hotels Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and designing marketing content for our digital and print marketing channels, including email campaigns, website, social media, and print materials.
  • Monitor and interact with our social media community, ensuring timely and engaging responses to customer inquiries.
  • Help generate reports from Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Intelligence, and other digital platforms to inform marketing decisions.
  • Keep our website up-to-date with fresh and relevant content.
  • Research and write articles for our website and social media channels, staying on top of the latest marketing trends and industry developments.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, such as updating contact lists, making print orders, and proofreading menus.
  • Assist with photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual content for our marketing campaigns.
  • Help run events, such as restaurant launches, to promote our brand and engage with customers.
  • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive results.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a career in digital marketing with a strong interest in various marketing areas and a desire to learn about recent marketing trends and famous campaigns.
  • Excellent written English and good communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail, including spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking pride in the success of the team and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • At least a C/5 in Maths and C/4 in English.
