Digital Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the UK Commercial Bank.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance and optimize our website, ensuring it delivers a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Lead the optimization of digital customer journeys through data-driven insights and analytics, continuously improving user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various business units to translate their priorities into actionable marketing initiatives.
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge marketing technologies within the UK Commercial Bank, creating a roadmap for implementation and integration.
  • Craft compelling customer-centric strategies that drive impactful content management, ensuring our messaging resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to regulatory compliance standards.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing B2B websites and driving online growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership in overseeing digital marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Strong experience in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving positive change within organizations.
  • Ideally, you possess experience with enterprise-level CMS technologies and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring regular office presence.
