Job Overview

As a Team Leader at Angus Council, you will play a key role in the management of property assets, building-related utilities, and electrical/mechanical engineering services. Your primary objective will be to ensure that service delivery objectives are met, and you will contribute to the achievement of the council's corporate and other plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff to provide a multi-disciplinary approach, including design services, to deliver property outcomes.
  • Assist in the management of property assets, building-related utilities, and electrical/mechanical engineering services to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to meet the council's service delivery objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that customers are at the heart of service design, delivery, and scrutiny.
