Job Title: Ultimate Tech Leader

Join the Ultimate Activity team as an Ultimate Tech Leader and play a key role in delivering our Ultimate Tech programme to children aged 8-14. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring the successful execution of all policies and procedures, and providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our campers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and deliver technology and coding activities that are engaging, interactive, and tailored to the needs of our campers.
  • Directly manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they deliver high-quality activities and care.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Supervise and engage with campers outside of timetabled activities, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Manage administrative duties, including communication with parents and school representatives.
  • Live up to the Ultimate Activity promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day' and behave in a manner that reflects the expectations of the company.
Requirements:
  • Qualified or working towards relevant qualifications in IT teaching, Computer Science, or a Digital Media related course, with programming experience.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic individual with experience in working with children and a passion for helping young people develop their IT skills.
  • Natural leader with management experience, ideally within the IT teaching or holiday camp sectors.
  • Excellent communicator with strong face-to-face customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and patience required to help campers with technical issues.
