Job Title: Junior Trader

We are seeking a talented Junior Trader to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success in the fast-paced world of digital asset trading.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute algorithmic trading strategies for digital assets.
  • Monitor markets, identify opportunities, and execute trades.
  • Collaborate to refine algorithms and optimize performance.
  • Manage risk through position sizing and compliance protocols.
  • Conduct research to inform trading decisions and technology integration.
  • Hedge positions according to internal trading rules.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with algorithm development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Previous experience in algorithmic trading or software development preferred.
  • Proficiency in options market in FX, Equities, Commodities, or Cryptocurrencies.
