Job Overview
The National Care Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of our service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the service, supporting staff, and maintaining high-quality care for our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage rotas and schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Participate in on-call duties to provide support and guidance to staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with service managers to achieve business objectives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Proven experience in a care leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver high-quality care
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of care standards and regulations
