Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Office Manager to join our team at The Portfolio Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and support to our team, ensuring the effective management of our human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality support to our clients.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day functional operation of the team, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients to discuss their requirements and needs, ensuring our services meet their expectations.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle client complaints in a timely and professional manner, working to resolve issues amicably and in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Build and maintain a cohesive and motivated team, providing leadership and support to colleagues and peers.
