Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client's team in Hinckley, Leicestershire. As a HR Administrator - Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the business with HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Documentation: Review and amend client employment documentation and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Client Support: Provide coaching and guidance to clients on business processes and employment laws, ensuring they understand their obligations and responsibilities.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure all client policies and contracts are up-to-date and compliant with UK employment laws.
  • Presentations and Communication: Create engaging presentations to discuss changes to documents, policies, and contracts with clients.
  • Consultative Advice: Provide consultative advice to clients on their policies and procedures, ensuring they are compliant with UK employment laws.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with internal departments to ensure clients receive a first-class service.
