**Job Summary**

The Collection and Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and managing the collections and deliveries in an efficient manner to ensure exceptional service delivery to our customers. This role involves managing service delivery partners and PAYE drivers to achieve high-quality performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the Service Centre and its satellites (if applicable) in the day-to-day collection and delivery network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of direct cost budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing ongoing customer relationships.
  • Experience in managing a diverse workforce, including subcontractors, self-employed drivers, and PAYE drivers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm and rational presence under pressure.
  • Previous experience in the mail or distribution industry is highly desirable.
