Job Summary:

The Best Connection is seeking a skilled HGV Driver to join our team in a warehouse operations role. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift truck, reach truck, and counterbalance to put away and retrieve stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive forklift truck, reach truck, and counterbalance to efficiently manage stock
  • Be a key member of the warehouse functions and team
  • Assist in all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
  • Ensure a safe and efficient working environment

Requirements:

  • Valid license for a Reach truck and Counterbalance license
  • FLT Certificates from an accredited company, such as ITSAAR and RTITB
  • Excellent work ethic and team mentality
  • Ambitious and eager to progress within the company

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work between 6am and 6pm as the company grows and develops.

Compensation:

£12.10 per hour, with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful 12-week trial period.
