The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency. They will be responsible for motivating staff, problem-solving on a day-to-day basis, and ensuring compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations.

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and training reports, ensuring SLA's are hit for the Day shift, and generating and processing BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment. They will be PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have experience of working in fast-paced logistics.
