About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Employee Relations Partner to join our dynamic Advisory team at OCS Group, where you will play a key role in shaping our employee relations strategy and ensuring our values are reflected in all aspects of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as escalation point for high-risk employee relations cases, ensuring the team is clear on the next steps and why.
  • Coach and enable business leaders to make well-informed people decisions in line with current legislation.
  • Manage a high volume of employee relations cases, providing expert advice that balances risk with business needs.
  • Lead and influence employee relations and change initiatives, working closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner.
  • Manage a small team of Senior Advisors and Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure team knowledge growth and development.
  • Attend regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss ongoing ER cases and highlight any potential risks.
  • Take ownership of Safecall reports, ensuring the team drives these to conclusion efficiently.
  • Keep documentation up to date on Teams and SharePoint, ensuring the correct documents are available and used at all times.

About You
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Minimum L5 CIPD qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience working within Employee Relations in a fast-paced, low-margin business.
  • Proven experience managing or team leading a small team, with a blend of remote and office-based workers.
  • Experience of working within a shared service HR delivery.
  • Experience of service improvement.
