Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of external financial reporting.
  • Oversee the production of statutory accounts for all entities within the group.
  • Provide support to senior leadership with financial information and analysis.
  • Take ownership of the group's policies and procedures related to financial reporting.
  • Lead the implementation of changes to IFRS across the entire organization.
  • Be responsible for the accurate reporting of intangible assets, both acquired and internally developed capitalised expenditure.
  • Act as the technical lead for acquisition accounting within the group.

Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a Group Finance team.
  • Expert knowledge of consolidation processes and IFRS reporting standards.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA).
  • Strong background in financial reporting, including UK GAAP.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
