IN2 Consult is partnering with a leading, acquisitive PE-backed business to find a Group Reporting Manager for an interim role.
This presents a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and successful organization within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of external financial reporting.
- Oversee the production of statutory accounts for all entities within the group.
- Provide support to senior leadership with financial information and analysis.
- Take ownership of the group's policies and procedures related to financial reporting.
- Lead the implementation of changes to IFRS across the entire organization.
- Be responsible for the accurate reporting of intangible assets, both acquired and internally developed capitalised expenditure.
- Act as the technical lead for acquisition accounting within the group.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience working in a Group Finance team.
- Expert knowledge of consolidation processes and IFRS reporting standards.
- Qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA).
- Strong background in financial reporting, including UK GAAP.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
