Financial Reporting Manager

Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting and Governance Manager to join a global business based in Colnbrook. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role that will allow you to utilize your expertise in financial reporting, governance, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial reporting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Manage the company's balance sheet reviews and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the audit team to ensure a smooth external audit process.
- Review and update internal controls and processes to minimize business risk.
- Partner with other areas of finance to ensure effective financial management and reporting.
- Supervise a team of reconciliation controllers and ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of financial transactions.
- Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with the UK tax team to assist with Corporation Tax Return.
- Map, develop, and implement standard financial processes, including month-end, group reporting, statutory reporting, and cash flow monitoring.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA) with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
- Background working as an Auditor.
- Industry work experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of complex system applications.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Experience with an audit firm.
- First-time passes.
- Strong stakeholder experience.
