We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management System Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) to drive efficiencies and continuously improve processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain QMS documentation, ensuring the quality data collection and reporting system is up-to-date.
  • Perform QMS audits and provide training to ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations.
  • Act as an ambassador for quality processes, educating and advising staff at all levels to gain their buy-in.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of trust and integrity.
  • Carry out all duties in accordance with external legislation, regulations, and organization policies and processes.
  • Support the delivery of business strategy and enhance customer experience by delivering ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of quality management systems.
  • Flexible working hours, including occasional weekends and public holidays.
