The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant engineering field and hold or be actively pursuing Chartership status with a recognized professional body such as MICE or ISTructE. A background in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential, along with experience in project bidding and management. While prior managerial experience is advantageous, it can be cultivated through in-house training.

Candidate Profile:
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Preferred experience in mentoring and developing team competencies.
- Chartership status with a relevant professional body (MICE, ISTructE) is preferred; support will be provided for the right candidate.
