Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our directors to develop and implement a clear marketing strategy, focusing on growing our online presence across multiple channels and generating leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing:

    • Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to engage with our target audience and drive conversions.
    • Analyze email performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize our campaigns.
    • Maintain and grow our email lists while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Social Media Management:

    • Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms to engage with our audience and build our brand.
    • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community interaction to build brand loyalty.
    • Analyze social media metrics to optimize our campaigns and enhance audience engagement.

  • Content Creation:

    • Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our website, social media, and marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce multimedia content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Manage and update our content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content.

  • Website Management:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our website, including content updates and site maintenance.
    • Implement SEO best practices to improve our website's ranking and visibility.
    • Monitor website performance, track analytics, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems and customer relationship management software.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, content creation, and website management.
  • B2B lead generation experience.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in analyzing data and using insights to drive marketing strategies.
