About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Senior Care Authority of Inland Empire, CA. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and development of our website to ensure a seamless user experience and high conversion rates. Collaborate with our sales team and web developers to implement improvements.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive lead generation. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Analyze performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales. Design, content, segmentation, and analysis of performance are key components of this role.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our website. Manage our company profiles on relevant platforms.
  • Graphic Design: Oversee the creation of visual content for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring all graphics align with our brand identity.
  • Planning and Reporting: Develop digital marketing plans and campaigns. Regularly report on key metrics, performance, and ROI to senior management. Use data-driven insights to inform and adjust strategies.
  • Content Creation: Lead the content strategy and production for our company website. Ensure content is relevant, valuable, and aligned with our business goals.
  • Liaising with Manufacturers: Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers to ensure consistent brand messaging and collaboration on co-marketing opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field OR 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Expertise in website management, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
