We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medical Technician to join our team at Castlegate & Derwent Surgery. As an Advanced Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess and triage patients, including same-day triage, to ensure timely and effective care
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on healthcare and self-management strategies
  • Conduct specialist health checks and reviews to identify and address potential health issues
  • Interpret ECGs and other diagnostic results to inform patient care decisions
  • Perform investigatory procedures and collect specimens as required
  • Support the development and implementation of anticipatory care plans to promote patient well-being
