Position Overview

CTG is in search of an IT Endpoint Operations Coordinator to support our client.

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all requests related to workstation modifications, including moves, additions, and changes.
  • Oversee the procurement, setup, installation, and decommissioning of computers, printers, copiers, and other related devices across various company locations.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs for new service requests, preferred device configurations, product inquiries, and returns of unnecessary items.
  • Collect, document, and analyze specific client requirements to ensure accurate and complete product orders that meet their needs.
  • Represent the client by placing orders for electronic equipment, resolving any ordering issues, and coordinating with senior personnel and Supply Chain Management to address concerns while keeping clients informed about order progress.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal communication and time management skills to provide excellent customer service in a collaborative environment.
  • Exhibit project management skills by identifying opportunities for process enhancements related to the equipment ordering lifecycle, maintaining thorough documentation, and effectively communicating technical concepts and procedures to a diverse audience.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in project coordination, order fulfillment, or customer service,
  • Or an Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant experience,
  • Or a Bachelor's degree coupled with strong computer troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in verbal and written English communication is essential, along with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse clientele.
