Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and being a point of contact for customer questions. You will also be responsible for booking customers in at reception, hosting individuals and parties, and keeping the centre clean and tidy.
We are looking for someone who is confident, energetic, and has a positive attitude. You will need to be able to work efficiently, show initiative, and be friendly. Exceptional customer service will be at the heart of your role, and you will need to be comfortable dealing with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and being a point of contact for customer questions
- Book customers in at reception, host individuals and parties, and keep the centre clean and tidy
- Work efficiently, show initiative, and be friendly
- Be confident and comfortable dealing with customers
