The Position:

In the role of Marketing Manager for Partner Relations, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing growth and engagement within our partner network across the UK and Europe. You will work in close collaboration with our Account Management and Partnerships teams to strengthen partner relationships and execute impactful marketing initiatives.

This position is based in our London headquarters and reports directly to the Head of Account Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a collaborative marketing strategy with partners to stimulate growth.
  • Design and produce engaging co-branded marketing materials for various campaigns across multiple markets and channels.
  • Coordinate with partner marketing teams to foster trust and ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Evaluate and report on the success of partner marketing initiatives, suggesting improvements and innovative ideas to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive playbooks, success stories, and best practices for sharing with current and prospective partners.
  • Proactively identify and explore new partner marketing avenues and strategies to drive growth.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in partner marketing, ideally within the Fintech, Financial Services, or eCommerce sectors. Experience in Account Management or agency roles is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zoho, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, applicable to both partners and internal teams.
  • Strong project management capabilities and partner management expertise.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, Polish, French, or Dutch is a plus.
