Position Overview

Role Responsibilities
This position will focus on collaborating with our prestigious brands to develop comprehensive audience engagement strategies. You will analyze audience data and segmentation to prioritize user engagement and satisfaction. Your role will involve creating, executing, and overseeing initiatives aimed at boosting audience interaction across our platforms and third-party channels, utilizing insights and innovative approaches. You will also assist audience engagement teams with research initiatives and work closely with content, customer, insights, and data teams to achieve critical business objectives and performance indicators.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in audience engagement and be well-versed in best practices for audience acquisition across multiple platforms, ideally within the media sector. You should be a creative thinker, constantly exploring new avenues for audience growth. Proficiency in analytics tools and a strong background in extracting actionable insights from data analytics and audience segmentation are essential. A solid understanding of Hearst's brands, their target audiences, and communication style is necessary, along with excellent collaboration skills.
