Position Overview:

We are seeking x3 skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic team. This role involves working on a rotating shift basis within a prestigious commercial environment. The ideal candidates will possess a strong electrical background and have experience in maintaining critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical installations and fault diagnostics
  • Maintain emergency lighting systems
  • Oversee hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Manage air conditioning units, including filter changes and cleaning
  • Conduct water treatment checks
  • Handle plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets
  • Administer Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Support Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
Working Hours:
  • Continental shift pattern, covering both days and nights
  • Shift timings: 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00
  • Opportunities for overtime
  • 20 days of shift holiday annually
Candidate Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition certification
  • Proven experience in commercial maintenance
  • Familiarity with critical plant operations, including UPS systems and HVAC
  • Multi-skilled with strong communication abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
