About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Care and Support Worker to join our Domiciliary Care and Support Team. As a Support Worker, you will provide appropriate domiciliary care and support to enable adults to live in their own home as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as medication needs, shopping, cleaning, healthy eating, correspondence, cooking, and enjoying activities like day trips and discos.
  • Support with a range of tasks, including getting up or going to bed, washing, bathing, hair care, denture, and mouth care, transfer/hoisting, dressing and undressing, toileting, and food or drink preparation.
Working with Us

Our Support Workers work shifts covering between 8:30am and 8:30pm, on a rolling rota across the week. Additional shifts are available for which we offer an enhanced rate of pay. We can be flexible to accommodate other lengths of shift, covering our busiest times.
