Location: Remote (with occasional site visits)

Duration: 12 months

Salary: £470 per day (PAYE) or £630 per day (Umbrella)

Work Schedule: 50% site-based, 50% office-based, with a standard day shift of 07:30 - 17:30

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Delivery Lead to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivery
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail
