Job Title: Associate Director, Investigations & Forensics

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Investigations & Forensics team in EMEA. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality compliance and forensic projects, engaging in business development activities, and providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of complex compliance and forensic projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with legal and compliance buyers, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in structuring, managing, and delivering investigation and compliance projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of fraud and corruption investigation techniques and procedures, as well as relevant legislation.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally, with a strong focus on business development and growth.
Qualifications and Specialist Skills:
  • Recognized professional qualification (accounting and CFE preferred).
  • Working knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other relevant legislation.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Working knowledge of Arabic language preferred, but not mandatory.
