The successful candidate will be responsible for managing fitness to practice cases and administrative support, while collaborating with the Fitness to Practice management team to embed change and ensure regulatory standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Head of Fitness to Practice and other managers to drive strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to identify risks and proactively solve operational issues, implementing agile strategies to anticipate regulatory changes and improve processes.
- Ensure regulatory decisions are robust, consistent, and meet public protection objectives.
- Manage team performance, providing direction and coaching to promote a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with stakeholders and represent the organization, supporting the department's equality, diversity, and inclusion goals.
- Deputize for the Head of Fitness to Practice when required.
This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
