About the RoleThis is a key position within our organization, responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and managing fitness to practice cases. As an Investigations Case Director, you will play a crucial role in driving improvements and collaborating with the Fitness to Practice management team to embed change and ensure regulatory standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Head of Fitness to Practice and other managers to achieve strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to identify risks and proactively solve operational issues, implementing agile strategies to anticipate regulatory changes and improve processes.
- Ensure regulatory decisions are robust, consistent, and meet public protection objectives.
- Manage team performance, providing direction and coaching to promote a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with stakeholders and represent the organization, supporting the department's equality, diversity, and inclusion goals.
- Deputize for the Head of Fitness to Practice when required.
This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance. As an Investigations Case Director, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading regulatory body and contribute to the organization's success.
