As an Investigations Case Director, you will play a crucial role in driving improvements and collaborating with the Fitness to Practice management team to embed change and ensure regulatory standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Head of Fitness to Practice and other managers to achieve strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data to identify risks and proactively solve operational issues, implementing agile strategies to anticipate regulatory changes and improve processes.
  • Ensure regulatory decisions are robust, consistent, and meet public protection objectives.
  • Manage team performance, providing direction and coaching to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and represent the organization, supporting the department's equality, diversity, and inclusion goals.
  • Deputize for the Head of Fitness to Practice when required.
