Your key responsibilities will include:

* Participating in all aspects of clinical trial management, from setup to close down
* Conducting feasibility reviews to determine trial suitability
* Presenting costings to sponsors for pharmacy operational expenses
* Proactively addressing challenges to ensure trial progression and patient safety
* Providing updates on pharmaceutical aspects of trials to ensure alignment with project goals
* Coordinating and delivering pharmacy support to researchers
* Working with the clinical trial team to plan workload and ensure operational implementation
* Ensuring pharmacy procedures are in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines

**Requirements:**

* Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
* Wide hospital pharmacy experience
* Postgraduate clinical pharmacy certificate or GPhC registered independent prescriber

**Desirable:**

* Diploma/MSc in Clinical/Hospital Pharmacy or appropriate research qualification
* Previous clinical trials or research experience
* Aseptic unit experience
* Research ethics experience/training
