Senior Service Charge Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Charge Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts and Finance team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of Service Charge accounts for retirement developments across the UK.
As a Senior Service Charge Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for taking ownership of a set of high-profile, complex service charge accounts, completing year-end accounts, service charge budgets, and bank reconciliations in accordance with our workflow. You will also assist in complex query management, drive workflow, and produce reliable estimated budgets for developments, liaising with Regional and Area Management teams.
Additionally, you will be responsible for analysis and reconciliation, which may include assisting with onboarding and offboarding developments. You will act as the first point of contact and resolve complex queries about Lodge accounts across the wider team, being a subject matter expert.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have proven experience of working within a Service Charge Accounts team, with relevant accounting systems, procedures, and knowledge of property management and leasehold. Experience of Qube would be an advantage. You will be qualified to A-level standard and ideally hold a qualification in accounting or IRPM.
You will demonstrate excellent keyboard skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook to an intermediate/advanced standard. You will possess excellent organisation and communication skills, able to multi-task and prioritise workload with strong attention to detail.
