About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Services Manager to join our team in the UK & Ireland. As a key member of our Customer Operations Department, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to accelerate growth and improve profitability
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape
  • Support revenue growth through the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and private sector partners
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with clients and suppliers
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the business
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure all commercial activities comply with relevant regulations and manage risks appropriately
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience leading in a commercial services environment, with direct people reports
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in the UK and Ireland
