Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Account Director, the Lead Client Relationship Manager will oversee a select portfolio of customer accounts at Black Label Creations. This role is client-facing and focuses on ensuring an exceptional customer journey throughout the brand development process and the creation of private label nutrition products.

As the primary liaison for our clients, the Lead Client Relationship Manager will cultivate, nurture, and enhance robust relationships. In this commercially driven role, they will be tasked with providing project quotes and maintaining the company sales forecast to meet monthly and annual objectives.

Collaboration with various departments, including New Product Development, Supply Chain, and Operations, is essential. The Lead Client Relationship Manager will keep clients informed about their product status from initial concept through to production and delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the supplement and nutrition landscape, exhibit outstanding communication abilities, and thrive under pressure to address any challenges that may arise promptly.

Qualifications
