Accounting Associate Manager/Team Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Associate Manager/Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the accounting team in providing high-quality financial services to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the accounting team in providing accurate and timely financial statements, analysis, and reporting
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and objectives
  • Identify and develop opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

  • Qualified/Finalist for a recognized finance/accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in finance (both Balance Sheet and P&L)
  • Previous experience of managing and coaching a team in a multicultural environment
  • Experience supporting senior management
  • Ability to work across countries/regions and confidently engage with senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint, with good experience of SAP, BPC, BW a plus
