Job Summary:
The 4Way Recruitment team is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our client's team in Nottingham. As a Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's field-based activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with key clients to enhance internal and external working relationships.
- Complete a daily checklist, maintaining an audit trail of activities and reporting back to the Scheduling Supervisor.
- Monitor engineer activity, ensuring early dispatch and attendance of jobs, and maintaining good working relationships with engineers.
- Add clear notes to the company's scheduling software.
- Update client portals and helpdesks in line with specific account instructions.
- Answer customer calls within a specified timeframe.
- Retrieve and process phone and email messages within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Have a strong understanding of geographical regions and engineer coverage.
- Schedule work within designated areas in line with SLA using the company's scheduling software.
- Book works with sites in accordance with customer and site requirements.
- Process orders to ensure all work is carried out on time.
- Proactively manage workload and ensure areas are clear of jobs at the end of each shift.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a scheduling, planning, or coordinating role.
- Experience of scheduling field-based colleagues, such as engineers.
