About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Site Manager to join our team at Britvic. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality and food safety strategies across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality and food safety strategies to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and quality standards requirements.
  • Lead the site quality team in providing quality and technical support to manufacturing teams.
  • Champion quality culture and continuous improvement within the leadership team.
  • Coordinate coaching, training, and information to enable site teams to deliver quality and food safety role requirements to a competent level.
  • Lead, support, and coach quality incident investigations to establish root cause and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure quality systems are embedded and maintained.
  • Oversee the verification and maintenance of process and quality control equipment.
  • Maintain good relations and contact with regulatory bodies associated with the quality function.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in quality, food safety, and microbiology in an FMCG environment.
  • Skilled in coaching and influencing others.
  • Proven people management skills with the ability to flex styles to differing individual needs.
  • Sound knowledge of food production processes and legislation is desirable.
  • Proven experience in people development and performance management.
  • Implementation of quality processes and adherence to standards.
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene.
