Role Summary

The Shared Services Partnership is dedicated to addressing the climate and ecological crisis. The Climate Engagement and Behaviour Change Manager will play a pivotal role in leading initiatives that foster community involvement and social action in response to environmental challenges. This position is ideal for a dynamic communicator and passionate advocate for sustainability.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various teams within the organization to implement strategies that promote a culture of sustainability. This includes engaging with community stakeholders, educational institutions, businesses, and non-profit organizations to drive progress towards ambitious carbon reduction goals.

Key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Implementing innovative, evidence-based strategies to influence community behavior towards sustainability.
