Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of capital projects across our property portfolio
- Ensure that residents are kept safe and healthy
- Manage contracts to the required programme, quality, and within budget
- Manage team capability to enable effective change and realisation of project benefits
- Oversee inter-dependencies and risks
Requirements:
- Construction-related degree (or equivalent)
- Experience in a social housing building repairs environment
