Are you dedicated to supporting young individuals in a residential setting? GSL Education is currently looking for a qualified and motivated Youth Care Specialist to join our team in various locations.

Position Overview: The Youth Care Specialist is essential in providing assistance to individuals residing in care facilities. This role may involve working with those facing disabilities, mental health challenges, or those in recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities and routines.
  • Create a safe and supportive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow staff members.

Qualifications:

  • Genuine passion for working with youth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Previous experience in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Updated CV reflecting the last ten years of experience, with no unexplained gaps.
