Job Overview

We're seeking a motivated and people-first individual to join our Retail team in Farnborough as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on high-value purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers' needs and guiding them to find the perfect fit.
  • Work closely with customers throughout their shopping experience, from greeting at the door to getting to know their sleep preferences.
  • Become a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress.
  • Contribute to maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including general housekeeping and cleaning.
