The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Farnborough. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Using our market-leading sleep technology, Sleepmatch, to help customers choose the perfect mattress for their needs.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment, and supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
The Person:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated and self-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
  • A team player who is flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and commit to a full-time schedule (38.5 hours per week).
