About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail team in Farnborough as a Retail Sales Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.
- Utilize our market-leading sleep technology, Sleepmatch, to help customers choose the perfect mattress for their needs.
- Contribute to the overall visual appeal of the store, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring that displays are updated regularly.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- A positive and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- The motivation and determination to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays, with a commitment to working 38.5 hours per week.
