Requirements:

1. Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Strong understanding of commercial aspects associated with projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
