Achieve and surpass sales objectives while boosting store profitability. Review all available reports and commercial data to identify opportunities for showroom performance enhancement. Manage and minimize all controllable expenses, ensuring that all costs are necessary and justified. Guide and support the showroom team through consistent communication, sharing best practices and lessons learned to elevate overall business performance. Motivate and lead team members to uphold outstanding standards in administration, cleanliness, systems, and operational procedures. Conduct regular evaluations with the team, offering constructive feedback and creating opportunities for development. Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to implement visual standards, key events, and promotional activities. Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by ensuring all staff comply with company guidelines and training expectations. Address potentially challenging situations in a constructive and professional manner. Serve as a role model and brand ambassador, consistently leading by example to establish high standards in all areas while building strong, professional relationships with each team member. Show a commitment to the Company's goals and performance, supporting the business strategy through effective teamwork. Ensure all showrooms comply with health and safety regulations and legislation.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management position, preferably in the interiors sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven history of internal advancement and development. Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities. Capability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure. Confident decision-maker with robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess good computer skills.

This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days, including evenings and weekends.
